Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms cover your use of Marquee, the service at marquee.page that turns a description into a landing page. By creating an account or using Marquee you agree to them. We’ve kept them in plain language.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us a real email address so we can reach you about your account and billing.
Your content
You own what you bring to Marquee (your prompts, logos, photos and files) and the pages Marquee builds for you. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service: to generate your pages, show them to you, and serve the ones you publish. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you upload and publish.
Pages are written with the help of AI. Review them before you publish: check prices, claims, names and contact details. Marquee can make mistakes, and you’re responsible for what your published page says.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Marquee to build or publish pages that:
- pretend to be another person, company or brand, or collect passwords or payment details under false pretenses (phishing);
- are illegal, fraudulent, or promote violence, harassment or hate;
- spread malware, or infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
- send spam, including through the invite feature.
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may take down a published page or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we’ll tell you why.
Plans, cancellations and refunds
- Marquee has a free plan and paid monthly plans (Pro and Studio). Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from Settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Pro time earned through invites is a free credit. It has no cash value and can’t be transferred.
- If we change a price, we’ll tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
- Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn’t refund the current period. For a refund request (a charge you didn’t expect, or a problem we couldn’t fix), email hello@marquee.page: we review each one individually, and always as consumer law requires.
Published pages and the badge
Anyone with the link can see a published page. Pages on the free plan carry a small “Made with Marquee” strip that links back to us. You can unpublish a page at any time from the studio.
Ending things
You can stop using Marquee and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. When an account is deleted, its pages are unpublished and its data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service as it is
We work hard to keep Marquee fast and available, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Marquee isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Changes
If we change these terms we’ll update the date above. For material changes we’ll let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
